Citra Suriah is a dynamic and accomplished Director of Marketing with a solid educational background and extensive experience in the luxury hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the renowned Trisakti Institute of Tourism in Indonesia. She further advanced her expertise with a Master of Business Administration from Università della Calabria in Italy, complemented by a Master of International Management through the Erasmus Exchange Programme at Hochschule Bochum in Germany.

Her commitment to continuous growth led her to enrol in several prestigious Executive Education programmes, including Brand Management from the University of London, Luxury Brand Management from École Hôtelière de Lausanne, and a Women Leadership programme from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in Washington, D.C. In addition to her formal education, Citra has broadened her cultural and intellectual horizons through an Intensive Art Course at the University of Oxford, UK, and deepened her knowledge of Chinese Language & Literature at Harbin Institute of Technology, China.

Before fully committing to her passion for luxury hospitality brand management, Citra honed her skills in several multinational companies across diverse industries. Her rich professional history includes significant roles in some of the most prestigious five-star hotels, where she has made substantial contributions under the banners of Wyndham Destination (now recognised as Travel+Leisure), Marriott International, Gaia Hotels & Resorts, Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection, and The Meru Sanur.

With a unique blend of international exposure, expertise in luxury hospitality, and a deep understanding of brand management, Citra continues to leverage her diverse expertise to elevate the brand presence of Grand Park Kodhipparu, Maldives, while fostering an innovative approach that resonates with discerning travellers in one of the world’s most sought-after luxury destinations.
